July 8th, 2019: The Ridge Group is approved to construct 130 unit multi-family apartment development in Bloomington, IN

The Ridge Group’s 130 unit multi-family apartment development was recently approved 7-0 at the Bloomington Plan Commission.

This is a major step for TRG as it marks its first development and expands its footprint into a vastly growing Bloomington market. TRG will also act as the General Contractor on the project, with Construction set to begin October 2019.

“element @ The Mill” will be comprised of 5 buildings and include Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom apartments. It will sit in a beautiful neighborhood bordered by sycamore trees, located adjacent to The Woolery Mill.
